Two landlubbers who have learned how to sail, and now plan to see the world! Jerry Simpson is a retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Major after 27 years. Robert Brawner has retired from Texaco/Shell after 17 years with the company, and provides the "brawn" for handling the boat! First mate Maggie (the intrepid Bassett Hound) provides moral support, and most importantly, neverending entertainment.

New Crew!




We are happy to have new crew onboard for the trip south -- Jerry's brother Larry. Hopefully he will stay with us the entire trip, and we will swing through the Chesapeake Bay to visit Larry's daughter and son in law Heather and Cory.

Here you see the three of us (we had to trade off the camera) standing in front of the library in Stonington, CT. As you can see, the fall foliage in New England has begun. Also check out Maggie and Fred relaxing as always on the boat. Laters!

Sorry I missed your departure from your "northern port-o-call". Have a safe sail and keep us informed. Your D-Dockers are planning our finale...last "in-season" bash in Newport at the Octoberfest. Remember Spring Launching and your return are only 180 days away. See you then.
