Back in Rhode Island

Everyone,

We made it back to Portsmouth RI finally on 9-7. Jerry then drove the pickup, which had been stored by a good friend, to Jacksonville, where his cousins John and Theresa will look after it. We plan to spend the holidays, or at least part of them, in Jax.

We have been enjoying our D-Dock friends at our old marina. They are truly phenomonal. We plan to start back south before Oct 1, hopefully seeing the Chesapeake Bay this time, and the Potomac if we have time/weather.

People are always asking us how the dogs do on the boat, so we included this picture which pretty much says it all, don't you think? The other is a lighthouse in the East River just north of Manhattan.
