The Intracoastal Waterway

Well, we made it to Coinjock, NC today. Went through a lock on a canal and ran aground about 4 miles from our marina. But we used the sails to get out of the mud, and here we are!

This is a picture of the ICW during morning rush hour traffic. I thought we were done with all that, but NOOOOO! It's a lot like "The Amazing Race," people get ahead of each other, and then boom, everyone has to wait for a bridge to open. We went through a lot of beautiful countryside in Virginia; really unspoiled stuff. Laters!
